- Shawna WFirst and foremost the owner was so informative and sweet. She told us all about Mardi Gras and even gave us great suggestions for the area. This small stop has a lot to offer. Beautiful displayed costumes and information plack's. Even a movie room to show you how the locals celebrate. Such a fair price, it would be ashame to be in town and not go see this!
- Lisa AThis place is a hidden little jewel! The costumes are astonishing and vivid and Charlene and Clair really know the history and tell it beautifully. I am so thankful that we were able to experience this wonderful museum!
- Lydia RThe woman at the desk was a wealth of information about the area, hurricanes, and Mardi gras. She helped me understand how a krewe is formed and royalty is chosen. There's a room for trying on costumes. Lots of sparkle to see up close. It's a small museum. The gift shop is nice and affordable. It could use some mardi gras postcards though.
